Legacy Consignment Reduction Schedule
Legacy Consignment Reduction Schedule Consignor agrees to the following terms and reduction schedule:
Legacy Consignment will assign an asking pricing for items delivered, dropped off and accepted for consignment at Legacy Consignment. Legacy Consignment will honor that asking price for the first 30 days. After 30 days, the reduction schedule noted below will be mandatory. It is the consignor’s responsibility to check on the status of their own item(s). Checks for sold items will be processed / issued 30 days from the date of the sale.
Day 1 – Day 30 (From Date of Signed Contract): Pricing Firm
Day 31 – Day 60: UP to 10% Reduction off (Only if a customer asks for a discount)
Day 61 – Day 90: UP to 20% Reduction off (Only if a customer asks for a discount)
At the end of the 3rd month (90 Days) an automatic reduction of 30% will be made on ALL items that have NOT sold. PLEASE NOTE – The 30% price reduction will be reflected on the tag. At 90 days, Legacy reserves the right to terminate a contract per Management.
Day 91 – Day 120: No Reductions beyond the (90 Day) 30% reduction
Day 121 – Day 150: UP to 10% off the reduced 30% (Legacy may call with reasonable customer
offers)
Day 151 – Day 180: UP to 20% off the reduced 30% (Legacy may call with reasonable customer offers)
AFTER Day 181: Legacy Consignment will reevaluate the contract to either have consignor pick up / donate item(s). On a case-by-case basis, ONLY Legacy Management may offer to renew the contract at a NEW asking price. If that offer is declined, the consignor agrees to pick up ALL remaining items within 7 days of notification of the offer. All items not picked up within 7 days of notification will be donated, disposed of, or sold at a price approved by and at the discretion of Legacy Consignment. Whatever price the item(s) sell at, the consignor will receive 50% of the net proceeds of that current asking price.
